Report prices

Reports prepared for official purposes are subject to fixed fees according to the Decree of Public Charges. The price of certificates is based on the number of documents and archives used: the price varies from EUR 20–30. The price of certified copies is EUR 15 for the first page and EUR 2.60 for each following page. For more details, please see page 1 of the service price list

Reports based on research and genealogies requested for other than official purposes are subject to an hourly charge (EUR 56/hour, minimum charge for 15 minutes) as specified on page 5 of the service price list.

Uncertified copies supplied to customers are subject to a charge determined by the method of copying. For the prices of various reprographic products see pages 4–5 of the price list. The price of, e.g., an ordinary photocopy is EUR 0.65/page and of a digital copy of a bound document EUR 3/page.

The basis for the prices of services produced by the National Archives Service is regulated in a Decree on fees of the National Archives Service (issued by the Ministry of Education and Culture) and in the price list of the National Archives Service.
